Job summary

Greene King in the United Kingdom is seeking a Hotel Staff member to deliver heartfelt service, greet guests, check them in, and ensure a warm, memorable stay across our Chef & Brewer pubs. You will join a welcoming team, learn on the job, and contribute to safe, clean front-of-house operations while delivering standout hospitality to every guest.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and expand your skills.
• Have a great eye for detail, making sure every pint is poured to perfection.

• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Meet and greet our customers and check them into their hotel room upon arrival.
• Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
• Make sure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
