Ardencote Manor - Hiddenwell | Luxury Wellness Retreat is seeking friendly, enthusiastic Hotel & Spa Receptionists to join our Front of House team and help create exceptional experiences for every guest.

As a Hotel & Spa Receptionist, you’ll be the welcoming face of our hotel and spa, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless experience from arrival to departure. The role involves checking in guests, arranging spa bookings and recommending memorable experiences to uphold five-star service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year's experience in a customer service role.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, positive and professional approach.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Confidence using computers and booking systems.
• A proactive attitude with a natural ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming hotel and spa guests with warmth, professionalism and a genuine smile
• Managing hotel and spa check-ins, check-outs and guest enquiries
• Handling bedroom, spa treatment, restaurant and activity bookings
• Providing expert information about our facilities, treatments and experiences
• Promoting and upselling spa treatments, products, packages and dining experiences
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate guest records
• Responding to guest requests and resolving concerns professionally
• Working closely with Spa, Housekeeping and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Ensuring reception areas are welcoming, organised and beautifully presented
• Going above and beyond to create memorable guest experiences
