A leading hotel in Northern Ireland is seeking a dedicated Hotel Receptionist to welcome guests and manage their check-in/check-out processes. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, liaise with various hotel departments, and ensure a memorable stay for guests. Qualifications include a good education standard, relevant licenses, and prior customer service experience. This role requires flexibility for shifts and teamwork.
We are recruiting for a Hotel Receptionist.Our successful hotel receptionist will be responsible for welcoming guests and acting as their first point of contact. Our Receptionist will check-in guests advising them of the hotel facilities and acting as an ambassador for Killyhevlin, logging issues and/or requests and passing them to the correct member of staff and following up that the task was completed.Our Front Office staff work together as a strong team, liaising with the other hotel departments and providing our guests with memorable stay and ensuring our guests book again for their return visit on check-out.
