Qualifications

• Need transportation due to location

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the company’s health and safety policies.
• Ensure facilities hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
• Serve hot and cold food and beverages to customers.
• Clear crockery/cutlery/rubbish and glasses when finished.
• Carry luggage/belongings for visitors to the desired area.
• Maintain cleanliness in banqueting/conference/laundry stores and front of house areas.
• Replenish stock as required.
• Polish cutlery as required.
• Ensure the kitchen is left to a high standard.
• Clear down tables when functions are finished.
• Assist in next-day preparation for functions as directed.
• Clean function rooms as required.
• Maintain and operate the food area in an efficient manner.
• Promote and sell the hotel and its products in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Operate according to hotel policies and procedures.
• Ensure effective communication with management and peers.
• Maintain high standard of personal hygiene and appearance.
• Attend training courses as necessary.
• Ensure health and safety of yourself and others.
• Report incidents, fire, loss or damage and take action.
• Report maintenance issues and take appropriate action.
• Any other duties as requested by management.
