£27,476.80 per annum /£13.21 per hour, 40 hours per week across 5 days
Dunluce Lodge, the newest 5-star luxury resort in Portrush, is looking for a Night Porter to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to play an important part in the guest experience at one of Northern Ireland’s most exciting luxury resorts.
As a Night Porter, you’ll help ensure our guests feel welcome, comfortable and well looked after throughout the night. From assisting with late arrivals and early departures to responding to guest requests, handling luggage and supporting the smooth running of the hotel, you’ll be on hand to provide a warm, professional and attentive service.
You’ll also play an important role in maintaining the safety and security of the hotel overnight, carrying out regular checks of the property and ensuring public areas are clean, tidy and ready for the day ahead. Calm, dependable and comfortable working independently, you’ll know how to handle any situation with discretion and professionalism.
You will ideally already have experience of working within a hotel or hospitality environment, preferably within a 4- or 5-star property. You’ll be comfortable working overnight, dealing with guests and taking responsibility for a variety of tasks. A positive attitude, excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest service are essential.
We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and this role will involve working overnight shifts, including weekends and bank holidays. Shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
