Qualifications

• Gained experience in a similar position in hospitality or lifestyle hotels.
• Flexible and ready to work in shifts.
• Reliable, multitasking and eager to learn.
• Confident, joyful, and humorous personality.
• Experience with international, demanding guests.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Act as shift supervisor, ensuring smooth service behind bar, in service, or at front office.
• Maintain service, quality, and hygiene standards with attention to detail.
• Train, coach, and onboard new team members.
• Facilitate communication and smooth information flow within the team.
• Address guest feedback promptly and resolve issues efficiently.
• Share local recommendations to make guests feel at home from first to last drink.
