Job summary

Ruby Group in London is seeking outgoing hospitality professionals to join our front desk and F&B support teams. You will greet guests, assist with check-in, prepare drinks and snacks, and help deliver a warm, memorable experience across our hotels and workspaces.

You should be friendly, a quick learner, able to multitask, and fluent in English. We value personality, teamwork, and a can-do attitude, with training and staff perks that reflect our Lean Luxury philosophy.

Qualifications

• Ideally some experience in hospitality or hotel front desk.
• Fluent English required, friendly and proactive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Support breakfast service and F&B with care and speed.
• Prepare cocktails and drinks with attention to mise-en-place.
• Maintain clean, organized front desk and service areas.
• Assist with goods receiving, inspection, and stock control.
