Job summary

TRIBE Hotels in London is seeking a Room Supervisor to lead housekeeping, ensure guest rooms are spotless and presented to brand standards, and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will coach and support a team, uphold high cleanliness standards, and collaborate with the Head Housekeeper and external housekeeping provider.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, ideally around a year at Supervisor level.
• A keen eye for detail and adherence to standards.
• People-focused and able to motivate others to maintain high service levels.
• Experience with hotel front desk systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning and servicing of guest rooms to brand standards.
• Ensure guests have a memorable, spotless experience.
• Lead and develop the housekeeping team with hands-on training.
• Monitor and support team keeping high standards of service.
• Coordinate with Head Housekeeper and external housekeeping partner.
