Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Glasgow City Centre is seeking an Operations Manager to partner with the General Manager in running the hotel day-to-day, with a strong emphasis on commercial performance and guest experience across all departments.

You will lead and coach heads of front office, food & beverage, and housekeeping, set targets, monitor performance, resolve escalations, and uphold brand standards while driving cost efficiency and rota planning.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience.
• Guest experience focus with brand standards.
• Commercial awareness and cost management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate heads of department across front office, food & beverage, and housekeeping.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to set and drive commercial targets and track performance.
