Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Bristol City Centre is looking for a hands-on Hotel Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across rooms, food & beverage and front of house. You will lead department heads, coach teams and focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience on every shift.

Partner with the General Manager on budgeting, forecasting and cost control while ensuring health and safety, licensing and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Solid hotel operations experience, ideally at supervisory or management level within a branded property.
• Natural problem-solver, confident communicator, and hands-on leader on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily hotel operations across rooms, food and beverage, and front of house.
• Supporting, coaching and developing department heads and their teams.
• Monitoring and driving guest satisfaction scores, responding quickly to feedback.
• Working with the General Manager on budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Ensuring compliance across health and safety, licensing and brand standards.
• Deputising for the General Manager in their absence.
• Identifying operational efficiencies and driving continuous improvement across departments.
