Your key responsibilities as a Hotel Operations Manager:

  • Ensure guest and colleague satisfaction, financial goals, and legal targets are met through collaboration with relevant teams
  • Manage daily operations including guest relations, staff management, administration, finance, sales, and supplier relations
  • Upsell hotel outlets, special events, VIP entertaining, and promote reward programs
  • Support hotel service development, marketing initiatives, and revenue maximization
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere with personalized service, attention to detail, and responsive feedback handling
  • Engage with guests and colleagues professionally, conduct client show-rounds, and entertain clients
  • Adapt to changing demands and manage team planning, recruitment, training, and performance appraisals
  • Lead by example, communicate effectively, and develop team members
  • Empower the team through briefings, meetings, resource allocation, and presence during busy times
  • Participate in HOD & Executive team activities and duty management as needed
  • Follow health & safety procedures, report incidents, and ensure compliance with regulations and policies
  • Share best practices to improve efficiency, profitability, and teamwork
  • Contribute to hotel plans and initiatives
