Role Description

We are hiring a remote contract-based Operations Manager based in the United Kingdom to help us build and manage our daily operational activities as we grow.

The Operations Manager will work directly with the founding team, act as the main point of contact for UK operations, manage client communications, support technical teams, coordinate project deliveries, and help identify growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client communication, gather project requirements, and ensure alignment with internal development teams.

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure timely execution.

• Monitor operational processes and continuously improve workflows.

• Identify and support new business development opportunities.

• Act as the primary point of contact for UK-based operational needs.

• Provide regular updates and reports to the leadership team.

Qualifications

Strong background in operations management and project coordination.

• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

• Well-organized with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Familiarity with SaaS, ERP, or technology-focused companies is highly desirable.

• Must currently reside and be authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
