Job summary

Travelodge London Beckenham is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead and develop hotel teams, delivering outstanding customer experiences on a full time or part time basis. You will coach staff, manage inductions, and drive brand standards across rooms and Bar Café operations.

Candidates with strong team leadership, customer service focus and with F&B exposure will excel. KPI targets and engagement schemes support performance and growth within Travelodge.

Qualifications

• Must have led a team in a service‑led, customer‑facing environment.
• F&B experience would be advantageous for Bar Café hotels.
• Strong communication and KPI/scorecard focus required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate hotel teams.
• Create personal development plans with team members.
• Recruit new staff and run induction for newcomers.
• Ensure food is prepared and presented to brand standards (Bar Café hotels).
• Maximise food and beverage sales through cross/upselling (Bar Café).
• Review customer feedback and implement targeted improvement plans.
• Oversee room and public area cleanliness and safety.
