Travelodge Brighton Seafront is seeking a proactive Hotel Manager to lead and develop our hotel team while delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will oversee operations, coaching staff and driving KPIs to ensure the brand standards are met across service, cleanliness and guest engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a service-led, customer-facing industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate hotel teams.
• Create personal development plans for career growth.
• Recruit and induct new team members.
• Ensure food is prepared to brand standards (Bar Cafe hotels).
• Maximise food and beverage sales through upselling.
• Review customer feedback and implement targeted actions.
• Ensure rooms and public areas are clean per company standards.
• Oversee repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Manage rosters, banking and health & safety.
