Travelodge Glossop is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead and inspire a hotel team, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The role is offered on a Full Time or Part Time basis, with responsibilities spanning team development, recruitment, induction, and brand-standard service across food, beverage and hospitality operations.

You will drive sales through upselling, manage guest feedback, and oversee housekeeping, maintenance, rotas, banking and safety.

Responsabilidades

• Leading, coaching and motivating hotel teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Creating personal development plans for team members' career growth.
• Recruiting motivated staff and providing warm, effective inductions.
• Ensuring food is prepared and presented to brand standards (Bar Cafe hotels).
• Maximising food and beverage sales through cross- and upselling (Bar Cafe hotels).
• Reviewing customer feedback and producing targeted improvement action plans.
• Ensuring rooms and public areas are cleaned to best practices.
• Reporting and overseeing repairs or maintenance needed.
• Rotas, banking and health & safety responsibilities.
• Driving awareness and engagement for team members to boost earnings via incentives.
