Travelodge Bristol Avonmouth is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead, coach and motivate hotel teams on a full-time basis, driving an outstanding guest experience across all touchpoints.

You will develop personal development plans, recruit and onboard new staff, maintain brand standards for food and beverage (Bar Cafe), and drive upsell opportunities while monitoring guest feedback and ensuring clean, well-maintained rooms and public areas. Commitment to safety and efficient operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a hotel/service team.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Food & beverage experience helpful for Bar Cafe hotels.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate hotel teams.
• Create personal development plans for team growth.
• Recruit and induct new team members with welcoming onboarding.
• Ensure food is prepared and presented to brand standards (Bar Cafe hotels).
• Maximise food and beverage sales through cross- and upselling (Bar Cafe hotels).
• Review customer feedback and implement targeted improvement plans.
• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned to company best practice.
• Report and oversee repairs or maintenance as needed.
• Manage rotas, banking and health & safety.
• Drive engagement for team members to earn more through incentive schemes.
