Job summary

Travelodge Glastonbury is seeking a proactive Hotel Manager to lead, coach and motivate our hotel teams on a full-time basis. You will drive customer experience, staff development and operational standards across front-of-house and F&B where applicable.

You will recruit, coach and develop team members, oversee inductions, manage rosters, health and safety, and monitor KPI progress to ensure consistent delivery of Travelodge's brand promise and targets.
