Job summary

Crimson Hotels is seeking an experienced Maintenance Assistant to ensure the safety, reliability, and efficiency of hotel systems. You will help manage health & safety, IT and engineering responsibilities within the hotel and play a key role in keeping facilities in optimal condition.

You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on heat, power, air conditioning and refrigeration, working closely with Front Office and Housekeeping to ensure the property remains in excellent repair.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role.
• Relevant qualifications in general maintenance including plumbing, electrical or joinery.

Responsibilities

• Maintain health and safety compliance within the hotel.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on plant, machinery, heat, power, air conditioning and refrigeration.
• Collaborate with Front Office and Housekeeping to keep the hotel in excellent repair.
