Job summary

Crimson Hotels is seeking an experienced Maintenance Assistant to join our team in London. You will ensure H&S compliance, handle IT and engineering tasks, and keep hotel facilities in optimum condition through preventive maintenance and repairs.

Work closely with Front Office and Housekeeping to maintain high standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on maintenance experience across plumbing, electrical or joinery, is self-motivated, well presented and fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar maintenance role within a hotel or facilities environment.
• Relevant qualifications in general maintenance (plumbing, electrical or joinery)
• Ability to work on own initiative, prioritise workload and present well

Responsibilities

• Ensure health & safety compliance and IT/engineering tasks within the hotel.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and repairs on plant and machinery (heat, power, air conditioning, refrigeration).
• Collaborate with Front Office and Housekeeping to maintain high standards of repair and presentation
