Job summary

Crimson Hotels in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily hotel maintenance, ensuring all equipment, systems and facilities operate safely and efficiently.

You will coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping, perform preventative maintenance on heating, air conditioning, electrical and plumbing systems, and lead a small team to keep guest areas and back-of-house spaces in peak condition.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel/hospitality maintenance.
• Supervisory experience.
• Ability to work weekends and on-call duties.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance of the hotel.
• Carry out preventative maintenance on plant and equipment (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping to maintain high standards.
