Crimson Hotels in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily hotel maintenance, ensuring all equipment, systems and facilities operate safely and efficiently.
You will coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping, perform preventative maintenance on heating, air conditioning, electrical and plumbing systems, and lead a small team to keep guest areas and back-of-house spaces in peak condition.

As Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day maintenance of the hotel, ensuring all equipment, systems, and facilities operate efficiently and safely. You will play a key role in keeping the hotel in optimum operating condition by carrying out preventative maintenance and repairs on plant and machinery, including heating, power, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. Working closely with colleagues in Front Office and Housekeeping, you will help ensure the hotel is consistently maintained to the highest standards. By coordinating daily activities, responding promptly to maintenance requests, and proactively identifying issues, you will ensure all guest rooms and public areas remain in excellent condition, supporting a seamless and comfortable experience for every guest.
As well as proven experience in a maintenance role within a hotel or hospitality environment, you will have previous supervisory experience and strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance. You will hold relevant technical qualifications and be able to work independently, prioritise your workload, and solve problems effectively. Flexibility to work weekends and participate in on-call duties is required, along with a good command of English and a high standard of personal presentation.
