Job summary

Crimson Hotels is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to manage daily hotel maintenance, ensuring all plant, systems and facilities operate safely and efficiently. You will lead maintenance tasks, schedule preventative work and respond to requests to keep guest areas pristine.

Successful candidates will have hotel maintenance experience, supervisory skills and knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general maintenance.

Qualifications

• Proven maintenance experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Supervisory experience and knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance of the hotel and its facilities.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping to maintain high standards.
