Responsibilities

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Ensure luggage is stored correctly and securely.
• Maintain service standards by completing daily checklists.
• Liaise with Housekeeping and Food & Beverage teams.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide comprehensive information about the hotel and resort.
• Process all payments according to hotel procedures.
• Manage incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
• Respond to emergencies, including fire and medical situations.
