Job summary

Chessington World of Adventures Resort in Surrey is hiring Night Hotel Front Office Hosts to join our guest services team. You will be the first point of contact for guests during their evening through to morning, assisting with check-in and inquiries to ensure a ROARsome stay.

Hours are 9:30pm–7:30am on a 7-day rota. Applicants must be 18+ and bring a positive attitude and team spirit. Benefits include Merlin Magic Pass and on-site discounts.

Qualifications

• Right positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be aged 18 or over.
• Deliver a ROARsome experience to our Guests.

Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting guests and assisting with luggage.
• Dealing with guest problems, complaints or compliments and passing on information to the Hotel Nights Manager.
• Maintaining the inside and outside public areas.
• Preparing for following day’s events in the conference centre.

What you'll bring to the team

Location: Chessington World of Adventures Resort Leatherhead Road Chessington Surrey KT9 2NE

Hours: Shifts cover hours between 9.30pm – 7.30am across a 7 day rota

Here at Chessington World of Adventures our 2027 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for Night Hotel Front Office Hosts to join the team!

You will be the first point of contact for guests during their stay of an evening through to the morning. Assisting guests with check in and any enquiries that they may have to ensure high levels of satisfaction are delivered ensuring they are provided with all the relevant information needed to get the best out of their stay.

Day to day this role will include:

• Meeting and greeting guests and assisting with luggage, if needed
• Dealing with any guest problems, complaints or compliments and pass on any relevant information to the Hotel Nights Manager
• Maintaining the inside and outside public areas
• Preparing for the following day’s events in our conference centre

Qualifications & Experience

All we need you to come with is the right positive attitude, enjoy working as part of a team and in a fast-paced environment, and be able to deliver a ROARsome experience to our Guests!

Due to the nature of this role, you must be age 18 or over.
