Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Glasgow is recruiting a friendly and energetic receptionist to join our team. You will warmly welcome guests, answer questions about hotel services and local attractions, and act as the face of the hotel across our facilities.

Full training will be provided; experience in branded hotels is a plus but not essential. The role requires flexibility across 7 days a week with varied shift patterns.

Qualifications

• Friendly, passionate and energetic receptionist.
• Natural hospitality charm is essential.
• Experience in a branded hotel environment is preferred but not essential; full training provided.
• Flexible across 7 days a year; shifts vary.
• National apprenticeships are offered along with brand training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and set a warm tone on arrival.
• Answer questions and provide information about hotel services and local area.
• Be the face of the hotel for guests in restaurants, bars and meeting rooms.
