Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Glasgow is seeking a friendly Food and Beverage Assistant for casual, occasional work. You will help prepare and serve food and drinks, keep dining areas clean, and ensure guests have a memorable experience with great service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas per health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints.
• Support the Food and Beverage team with setting up/clearing tables and inventory tasks.
• Coordinate and execute events and special functions.
• Ensure areas are well stocked and presented impeccably.
