Job summary

Aramark at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is recruiting a Theme Park Food & Beverage Manager to lead the Quick Serve Coffee Outlets. This multi-unit role is varied and dynamic; you will support the Senior Manager by running day-to-day operations, driving sales, profitability, quality and guest service, and inspiring the team to deliver consistent results.

This is a full-time, fully flexible position (including weekends) with a competitive salary of £32,104 per year and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Food Safety Level 2 qualification.
• Experience in food & beverage or hospitality.
• Supervisory or assistant management experience in Hospitality, Retail, or Leisure.
• Able to manage allergen and dietary needs.
• Strong relationship-building across the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team to deliver excellent guest service and smooth daily operations.
• Support menu knowledge and manage allergen needs.
• Take ownership of internal and external audit requirements.
• Drive team training and development to build capability.
• Manage labour, stock, and equipment in line with budget.
• Contribute to menu development and operational improvement projects.
