You will be a hands-on manager with experience in a busy F&B environment, aiming to develop from Junior HoD to a Senior HoD role within the group. Training, benefits and staff discounts accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in busy Food & Beverage environments.
• Strong people management and guest relations skills.
• Aspiration to progress to Head of Department roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the smooth running of customer-facing departments.
• Support the breakfast team and oversee front desk checks.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to manage room inspections.
• Contribute to training and staff development.
