Malmaison Hotel Du Vin Holdings Limited in Reading is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee customer-facing operations across our busy hotel, including breakfast, reception and housekeeping liaison.

This hands-on leadership role spans F&B and Front Office, supporting staff and guest relations, with clear progression toward Head of Department roles for high performers.

Qualifications

• Experience managing in a busy Food & Beverage department.
• Experience in guest relations is advantageous.
• Able to supervise front-of-house and housekeeping interactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the smooth running of all customer-facing departments.
• Collaborate with breakfast team and front desk during busy periods.
• Conduct room checks with Housekeeping Manager.
• Support progression to Head of Department roles.
