Hotel du Vin Henley on Thames is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee Front Office and Food & Beverage in a busy hotel environment. You’ll be a hands-on leader, supporting breakfast service, checkout flow and room checks with Housekeeping to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role offers £32,000 per year for a 40-hour week and set shifts with progression from Junior HoD toward Head of Department. The hotel provides development training, staff benefits and exclusive staff discounts.

Qualificações

• Hands-on management in a busy Food & Beverage environment.
• Wants progression from Junior HoD to Senior HoD.
• Willing to manage across front-of-house and housekeeping tasks.
• Experience in guest relations is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in smooth running of all customer-facing departments.
• Work with breakfast team during busy periods.
• Oversee checkout processes and room checks with Housekeeping.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain guest satisfaction.
