Job summary

Daish's Holidays in the United Kingdom is seeking a confident Duty Manager to support hotel operations across departments, ensure guests receive welcoming service, and lead by example in maintaining high standards.

You will manage staff rotas, handle guest queries and complaints, supervise EPOS and cash handling, and drive training and health & safety compliance while upholding Daish's values.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing teams and delivering consistently high service standards.
• Confident in handling guest queries and complaints with calm professionalism.
• Familiarity with EPOS systems and cash-handling procedures.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements and staff training responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth day-to-day running of the hotel across departments.
• Lead by example and motivate team members to deliver excellent service.
• Manage staff rotas and wage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with a positive approach.
• Contribute to training, induction, and staff development programs.
• Promote Daish's values and maintain brand standards across the hotel.
