Job summary

Daish's Holidays in the UK is seeking a confident Duty Manager to support day-to-day hotel operations across departments, lead by example and maintain high service standards for guests.

You will manage staff rotas, support training, handle guest queries and complaints professionally, use EPOS systems, ensure health and safety, and help protect the Daish's brand with a friendly, welcoming environment.

• Ability to lead by example and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of the hotel and maintain consistent standards.
• Provide a positive, welcoming guest experience.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and calmly.
• Support departmental managers and teams to achieve operational standards.
• Manage staff rotas and wage budgets.
• Use EPOS systems confidently, especially in bar operations.
• Ensure health and safety policies are followed.
