Job summary

Crerar Hotels is recruiting a Hotel Concierge at Dunkeld House Hotel in Scotland. You will support various departments, assist guests with luggage, answer queries about activities, and offer recommendations to enhance their stay. A full UK driving licence is preferred, with full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-presented environment throughout the day.
• Be prepared to undertake other duties as requested by the General Manager.

Additionally, you’ll be ready to take on any other duties requested by the General Manager. A full UK driving licence is preferred, though full training will be provided. Previous experience in a similar role is ideal. As a Hotel concierge, you’ll need to work well under pressure, multitask effectively, and approach guest service with professionalism and excellent attention to detail.
