Job summary

Crerar Hotels in Dunkeld House Hotel is seeking a Hotel Concierge to assist guests with luggage, answer queries about activities, and offer recommendations to enhance their stay. You will maintain a clean, well-kept environment and support other departments as needed under the General Manager's guidance.

A full UK driving licence is preferred, and prior experience in a similar role is ideal. Full training will be provided to help you deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will ensure consistent, exceptional service in line with hotel standards, maintaining a clean and well‑kept environment throughout the day. Additionally, you’ll be ready to take on any other duties requested by the General Manager. A full UK driving licence is preferred, though full training will be provided. Previous experience in a similar role is ideal. As a Hotel concierge, you’ll need to work well under pressure, multitask effectively, and approach guest service with professionalism and excellent attention to detail.
