Host/Hostess

We are looking for either a full-time or part-time (3 days per week) Host to join our Nicos team.

Nicos is a high-end Italian grill and pizza restaurant, owned and operated by entrepreneur Robin Birley, owner of private members clubs 5 Hertford Street & Oswalds. Located in the heart of Mayfair, the restaurant offers a welcoming and exclusive environment with a menu featuring freshly made pasta, pizza, and grill creations using the finest ingredients.

The responsibilities of the Host include:

• Welcoming members and providing a professional and genuinely warm welcome.
• Answering the telephone, taking bookings, and handling general enquiries.
• Ensuring courteous and efficient service to all members, maintaining the highest standards.

Experience & Qualifications required:

• Significant experience in a similar position
• Experience working in a luxury hotel, restaurant, or private members club is advantageous

Working hours:

• Full-time role (45 hours) or part-time (3 days per week)
• Shifts ranging between 10am-12:30pm

Note: The club is closed on Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
