Job Title: Host at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square

As a Host in Nobu Hotel, you will be responsible for creating and delivering an exceptional experience for our guests. Your tasks as Host will include but will not be limited to:

1. Welcome all guests to the restaurant ensuring the first impression they receive is a great one.
2. Manage our reservations system ensuring that guests are kept informed and that there are no unnecessary delays.
3. Escort guests to their assigned tables and provide them with menus when necessary, introducing the waiter/waitress by name.
4. Thank guests and ensure the last impression they have of the restaurant is a great one.
5. Be an ambassador for Nobu, embodying our values and philosophies.
