As a Palace Host at Kensington Palace, you will be part of a team responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring safety and security, and creating memorable experiences for visitors. Your duties will include bag searching, ticket scanning, wayfinding, distributing and collecting the Digital Visitor Guide (audio-guide), and managing entrance procedures including queue management. You may also support other roles as needed to enhance the visitor experience.
Working Hours: 38.75 hours per week, 09:30 - 18:15 (including weekends). The seasonal contract runs from ASAP until 31st August 2025.
