Volunteer Hosts Wanted – Join ND Smiley!

Are you passionate about building community, making people feel welcome, and celebrating neurodiversity? ND Smiley CIC is looking for friendly, reliable volunteer hosts to help run our events for neurodivergent adults (with a focus on autism and ADHD) across London and beyond.

Our events are all about fun, friendship, and peer support—creating relaxed, inclusive spaces where people can connect, be themselves, and feel less alone. Whether it’s games nights, coffee catch-ups, creative sessions, or new ideas you’d like to bring, we want to grow our community with your help!

What we’re looking for:

• Volunteers to host or co-host social events in their local area
• People who are good listeners, welcoming, and respectful
• Ideally, someone who is neurodivergent themselves—but this isn’t essential
• Passion for creating positive spaces that celebrate neurodivergent identities

We’re also happy to hear from people who want to help behind the scenes—whether that’s with organising, promoting events, or contributing ideas to help ND Smiley grow.
