We're on the lookout for an experienced Hospitality Supervisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional food and world-class customer service. If you are someone who can confidently oversee catering and service operations, we want you to join our team at Compass Group UK&I, specifically for Restaurant Associates, on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Your Role

As a Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly while helping deliver extraordinary food experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee service to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Supervise teams to ensure the delivery of impeccable food and customer service.
• Regularly communicate with your line manager to track KPIs and targets.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and uphold a positive brand image.
• Act as a liaison between customers and our culinary and service teams to exceed expectations.
• Provide guidance and support to your team, leading by example to ensure everyone excels in their roles.
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all teams.
