Your role at Signature

As Hospitality Supervisor, you will support the Hospitality Manager in overseeing non-clinical operations such as Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Activities/Events. Your goal is to ensure daily living is supported with dignity, joy, and individual attention.

This will involve:

1. Managing the planning and delivery of hospitality and wellbeing services across the home.
2. Leading, coordinating, and allocating team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
3. Enhancing dining experiences by participating in food service and maintaining high presentation standards.
4. Maintaining housekeeping standards for cleanliness and comfort.
5. Planning and supporting activities that promote creativity, movement, and social engagement.
6. Advocating for resident choice and independence.

Responsibilities may vary depending on the department supported during each shift.
