Job summary

Tenzo is hiring a Solutions Engineer in London (Hybrid) to own pilots and end-to-end implementations for a portfolio of restaurant-group and hospitality accounts. You will translate technical details into commercial value, driving product adoption and renewals while acting as the main liaison for your accounts.

You’ll join a small delivery team, balancing autonomy with collaboration, and play a key role in expanding our footprint in the hospitality sector.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or consulting, with multi-site or enterprise rollouts.
• Equivalent operations experience managing technology rollouts for hospitality groups.
• Understanding of multi-site restaurant/hotel operations and hospitality tech stack.

Responsibilities

• Own pilots and implementations end-to-end for restaurant-group/hospitality accounts.
• Run multi-workstream onboarding projects to meet timelines.
• Translate technical detail into commercial value to drive adoption and renewals.
• Be the primary contact for assigned hospitality accounts.
• Maintain portfolio health and growth with autonomy.
