Job summary

Toast is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer in London to support sales initiatives by demonstrating the Toast platform to prospects and articulating the value and ROI for restaurant operators. The role requires close collaboration with product, marketing and onboarding teams and travel to customer sites as needed.

You will become a subject matter expert on Toast products, APIs and integrations, and work with cross-functional teams to expand Toast internationally into mid-market and

Qualifications

• Excellent presentation and executive presence.
• Strong understanding of APIs at a high level.
• 3+ years of sales experience in the Restaurant/Hospitality segment.
• Highly collaborative with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with cloud POS systems in restaurant/hospitality.
• Experience with multi-location brands or enterprise IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales teams in presenting Toast products and capabilities to prospects.
• Demonstrate the value of Toast solutions to buying personas.
• Become a subject matter expert on Toast products, technologies, and integrations.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Product, and Marketing teams to close deals.
• Represent Toast at trade shows and events as a brand ambassador.
• Communicate product gaps to Product Management for roadmap input.
• Ensure delivery meets expectations set during the sales process.
