Job summary

Tenzo Limited is seeking a Solutions Engineer in London (Hybrid) to own pilots and end‑to‑end implementations for a portfolio of restaurant-group and hospitality accounts. You will blend commercial consulting, project management and business partnering, acting as the day‑to‑day owner and primary contact with high autonomy.

You’ll join a small, growing delivery team to scale our function, drive product adoption, and support renewals and expansions across complex multi‑site environments.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or consulting.
• Equivalent operations experience with technology rollouts for hotel or restaurant groups.
• Familiarity with hospitality tech stack (POS like Toast/Oracle, labor tools like Fourth/Harri, procurement or reservations software).
• Business-partnering mindset focused on driving adoption, ROI, renewals and expansions.
• Comfort working with engineering on integrations and data mapping to dashboards.
• Structured project management to juggle multiple complex workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own pilots and end-to-end implementations for restaurant-group and hospitality accounts.
• Run multi-workstream onboarding projects with clear timelines.
• Translate technical detail into commercial value to drive product adoption and renewals.
• Be the primary contact for assigned hospitality accounts.
• Maintain portfolio health and ensure accounts stay stable and thriving.
• Operate autonomously across multiple accounts and projects.
