Job summary

The Consultancy Group (London) has a unique opportunity to lead the end-to-end technology transformation of a fast-growing hospitality business preparing to open new sites across the UK. The role requires a hands-on technology and systems specialist who can evaluate platforms, map integrations and drive implementation through to operational readiness.

You will define data flows across customer, booking, payment, and finance, specify API and interface requirements, manage vendors and teams, and

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering technology transformation within hospitality.
• Strong understanding of hospitality systems (PMS, CRM, booking, payments, operations).
• Hands-on integration experience (APIs, interfaces, data).

Responsibilities

• Lead the technology roadmap and implementation programme.
• Map customer, booking, payment, operational and finance data flows.
• Define API, integration and interface requirements across the technology landscape.
• Manage vendors, implementation partners and project workstreams.
• Drive testing, training, operational readiness and go-live activities.
