Tenzo Limited is hiring a Solutions Engineer in London (Hybrid). You will own pilots and end-to-end implementations for a portfolio of restaurant and hospitality accounts, coordinating multi-workstream onboarding and translating technical details into commercial value to drive adoption and renewals.

You will partner with engineering on integrations, map revenue centres, and build dashboards while maintaining autonomy across a growing delivery team.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or consulting.
• Experience delivering multi-site or enterprise rollouts.
• Familiarity with hospitality tech stack (POS like Toast/Oracle, labor tools like Fourth/Harri).
• Business-partnering mindset focused on driving adoption, ROI, renewals and expansion.
• Comfortable working with engineering on integrations and scoping projects.
• Data literacy to map revenue centres and build dashboards.
• Structured project management to juggle multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own pilots and end‑to‑end implementations for a portfolio of restaurant‑group and hospitality accounts.
• Manage multi‑workstream onboarding projects with clear timelines.
• Translate technical detail into commercial value to drive product adoption, renewals and expansion.
• Be the primary contact for assigned hospitality accounts.
• Ensure portfolio health by keeping accounts stable and thriving.
• Collaborate with engineering on integrations and data dashboards.
