Job summary

WRU - Welsh Rugby Union is seeking a Hospitality Sales Coordinator (Fixed Term) to support the Hospitality Sales team at the Principality Stadium. You will coordinate hospitality packages from sale through to event day, liaising with internal teams and suppliers to deliver a high-quality guest experience.

The role involves direct selling during peak periods, invoicing with the Finance team, and coordinating catering requirements for international home games and third-party events.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality sales, events or customer service in a large venue is desirable.
• Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hospitality and catering requirements for events at the Principality Stadium.
• Manage invoicing and liaise with the Finance team on payments.
• Lead on day-of-event coordination with venues, suppliers and partners.
• Support direct sales activities during peak demand periods.
• Ensure high-quality guest experience and respond to client feedback.
• Act as a main contact in hospitality spaces on event days.
