We are looking for a friendly, passionate and energetic Porter to join our front office team at Malmaison Hotel Du Vin Holdings Limited in Glasgow. You will be the face of our hotel, helping guests with warmth and carrying out duties with a smile.

You will strive to exceed guest expectations in our 5 Star hotel, delivering memorable hospitality and ensuring every guest feels welcome from arrival to departure. Internal development and progression are encouraged within our team.

Formación

• Experience in a similar quality hotel is beneficial but not necessary, however, service with a smile and personality is a must.
• You are the first and last person guests see, setting the tone for their visit.

Responsabilidades

• Welcomes guests, assists with enquiries, and supports front office operations.
• Delivers excellent hospitality and helps guests with queries to ensure a warm, memorable stay.
