Job summary

Malmaison Glasgow and Hotel du Vin are seeking a friendly Porter to join our front office team in Glasgow G12. You will be the face of the hotel, welcoming guests and ensuring a memorable stay with the highest standards of hospitality.

You will thrive on delivering great service, handling enquiries, and assisting guests throughout their visit. This role offers 40 hours per week with opportunities for internal development and career growth within our 5 Star hotel group.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Willingness to learn and be flexible.

• Greet guests and assist with enquiries at the front desk.
