Job summary

Hotel du Vin Glasgow is seeking a friendly, energetic Porter to join our front office team at One Devonshire Gardens. You will be the face of our hotel, delivering warm hospitality and assisting guests with queries to ensure a memorable stay.

We offer 40 hours per week in a role with development opportunities in a 5-star property and a 3 AA Rosette restaurant, with a strong emphasis on service with a smile and guest satisfaction from check-in to departure.

Qualifications

• Friendly, energetic and passionate about service.
• Experience in hospitality or front-of-house is beneficial.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the hotel at front desk interactions and guest welcome.
• Assist guests with queries and help deliver memorable experiences.
• Support team to maintain high standards of service throughout stay.
• Contribute to a positive, polished guest journey from check-in to check-out.
