Restaurant Associates in Sheffield is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead front of house, hospitality and events across a busy multi-service operation. You will manage a large team, deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive high operational standards daily.

You’ll coordinate bookings and events from enquiry to invoicing, oversee food safety and compliance, manage labour, stock and costs, and build strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations within hospitality or contract catering.
• Strong leadership skills with experience developing teams.
• Solid knowledge of food safety, allergens, and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the team to ensure excellent service and presentation.
• Oversee hospitality and events from enquiry to invoicing.
• Coordinate event logistics including menus, staffing, equipment and layouts.
• Maintain food safety, allergen, health & safety and company compliance standards.
• Manage labour, purchasing, stock, waste and financial performance.
• Monitor sales and customer feedback to improve service and engagement.
• Maintain records, audits, compliance checks and operational reports.
• Build relationships with clients, customers and colleagues.
